What are the photographs printed on?
All my fine art photography is printed on premium quality Giclée Hahnemüle Photorag. It offers a super matt textured finish with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The paper is 100% cotton and is museum quality for highest age resistance.
How is my order fulfilled?
All orders are fulfilled by theprintspace, who print, package and deliver worldwide by their London based team in the UK.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Absolutely not. All shipping is 100% free of charge.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically dispatch within 72 hours after payment and take up to 7-15 working days to arrive.
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, please get in touch at info@escapeartist.shop. Please note, due to COVID-19, orders may take longer than expected.
International taxes and duties
Any local tax duties will be your responsibility should they apply.
Does my print come framed?

Can I return my print in exchange for a refund?
All my photography has been carefully edited and processed to ensure your print comes as close to how you see it on screen as possible, therefore refunds are not accepted. However if you aren't satisfied with the reproduction of your order, please email info@escapeartist.shop and I'll work to resolve your issue.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Prints come delivered in sturdy envelopes and tubes that should uphold any journey. However if the packaging is defective and the print/s have been damaged, please contact me and I'll happily have a new one sent out right away. Please note that photographic evidence of the damage print/s will need to be supplied.
Certified and authentic limited edition prints
All prints are limited edition and come with a unique certificate of authenticity. This includes the name of the image, edition number, date of production, certificate number and a hologram patch of authentication on both the print and the certificate.
